In the event of a no-show reservation or a cancellation not made 1 day before of the arrival date, the guest will be responsible to compensate the Hotel for one night room rate plus the applicable taxes.
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 24 hours before your arrival date. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE" |
