• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, Breakfast is not included. We offer a hot buffet breakfast with an extra charge.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, bill can be paid on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  All our receptionists speak fluently English and French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Our building has 4 floors, and 2 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  We have some suites, that will make your staying nicer and more romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they don't
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we do.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All our rooms have TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All our rooms have direct dialling phone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning during all the year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  All our rooms have wireless internet access. There is an internet corner in the hall with free access to internet.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  Our exterior swimming-pool is open from may until september.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have an exterior garage, free of charge for our guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In Hotel Parc del Vallès we work with several rent-a-car companies.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Barcelona International Airport "El Prat" is only 20 Km away from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but taxis are easy to get, and public means of transportation will take you from the airport to the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Cerdanyola del Vallès -"Parc Tecnològic"
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Cerdanyola del Vallès.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Underground does not arrive to Cerdanyola del Vallès.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, we have a professional gym free for our guests. Sauna is available on the gym.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, pets are not allowed.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Restaurant Mediterrania, located in the hotel, offers you the best of the Meditarranean cuisine.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  All our rooms have wireless internet access. If your computer does not have wireless connection, a speedlink will give you the access.
