A menu complete with appetizing starters such as the gazpacho with octopus "salpicón," black "butifarra" (Catalan sausage) and globefish or the vegetable salad and prawns with sunflower seed vinaigrette. For main dishes, other enticing choices include the roasted tuna with vegetable and deboned red mullet couscous with "escalibados" peppers, mustard seed and "tapenade". |
 For our meat dishes, we feature a juicy candied lamb with garlic cream or the tasty ox sirloin with potato and truffle sauce. The dessert options go from traditional selections such as "crema catalana" (similar to Crème Brûlée) and tiramisu to newly created desserts such as cold chocolate soup with candied pineapple and fried almonds and the frozen strawberries with mascarpone. |
 In addition, in the summer we open the terrace-bar on the top floor where the swimming pool is located, an attractive space where you can enjoy splendid views, have a light dinner until midnight, have a drink, and listen to music until one in the morning. We serve an extensive breakfast buffet, where you can find fresh juices and fruits, cold and hot, coffee and tea etc. The hotel also can organize early riser breakfast upon request.
