 The Corella Restaurant
Here, a market-fresh Mediterranean cuisine is prepared, with specialities of each season. In the autumn season's menu for example we eat "rovellones" (mushrooms) au gratin and clams with "sobrasada" (Majorcan sausage) and brie cheese, venison with blueberry compote and date puree, and the monkfish medallions in cabbage "papillote" with potato and black olive "musselina". |
 The dessert menu has, among others, a delicious fruit cocktail with kiwi juice and cider sorbet or the "crema catalana" (similar to crème brûlée) with star anise. Monday through Friday a menu is served that changes daily that includes three starters, three main dishes, and three desserts to choose from. Selected wine list including the typical "cavas" (Catalan wine similar to champagne). Hours of operation: Monday through Sunday, 1:00-4:00 p.m. and 8:00-11:00 p.m. |
 In the morning we serve an extensive breakfast buffet, where you can find fresh juices and fruites, cold and hot, coffet and tea etc. The hotel also can organise early riser breakfast upon request.
The roof top terrace with its solarium, outdoor bar-café and outdoor swimming pool is a must in the summer season. During the other months you can always sip a drink in the cocktail bar or take a coffee in the café bar. The Hotel NH Podium offers 8 function rooms that can accommodate from 10 to 200 guests, available for any kind of appointments such has seminars, banqueting etc. |
