Its young chef, prepares a market-fresh cuisine full of quality and imagination with clear Mediterranean influences. The sardine cake with "samfaina" and basil oil, the foie sirloin with potato and Emmental cheese lasagna, the baked hake with stewed "ceps" and squid, or the cuttlefish, shrimp, and scallops sautéed with vegetables and soy sauce are a few of its offerings. |
