 El Calderón Restaurant: located in a small corner on the first floor of the hotel by the same name, is a warm and inviting locale, that thanks to its large windows and avant-garde décor enjoys charming views of the Ramblas de Catalunya. The sautéed noodles with shrimp, the baked turbot with squid oil, or the "petit tournedo" of ox over candied potatoes with white wine are a few examples of the culinary offerings. A cuisine with a market-fresh and Mediterranean touch, all of its fresh ingredients are selected with the greatest of care.
Each day an enticing day menu is prepared at a fixed price, which allows the guest to choose between three starting dishes, three main courses, and three desserts. For those with a sweet tooth, a varied dessert menu, prepared fresh each day by our chefs is available. Offerings include the gratifying dome of two chocolates with raspberries, the wild fruit and citrus au gratin, and the aniseed parfait with a blackberry puree. In addition, it has numerous private halls that allow to organise all types of events with a wide range of provocative pre-designed menus. Opening Hours: 1:00-4:00 p.m. and 8:00-11:00 p.m. |
 In the morning we serve an extensive breakfast buffet, where you can find fresh juices and fruits, cold and hot, coffee and tea etc. The hotel also can organise early riser breakfast upon request.
The rooftop terrace with its solarium, outdoor bar-café and outdoor swimming pool is a must in the summer season. During the other months you can always sip a drink in the cocktail bar or take a coffee in the café bar. Or take a dip in the indoor swimming pool. |
