• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per apartment per two persons.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Is heating included in the price?
  All the services are included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, if you want.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish and English.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There is a small step in the goal, and the building has elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the apartments are quiet.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide towels and all that needs in this respect.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, there is balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  You cannot smoke unless in the balcony.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have TV and Satellite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes there is air conditioning and you don't have overcharge.
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a dining rooms.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, you have connection to Internet with Wi-Fi High speed.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, there is not.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the city centre (10 minutes walking).
• Which is the nearest airport?
  El Prat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  We have a private transfert on request and with an extra cost.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  50 metres away, Passeig de Colom.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pl. Catalunya and França.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Drassanes (L3) or Jaume 1 or Barceloneta (L4).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but you can find all this nearby.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are many nice restaurants nearby.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can with an extra cost.
