• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Our prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in rate. There is a buffet breakfast with an extra cost.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Gran Hotel Torre Catalunya has 23 floors and 6 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, there are. In case guest wants to make sure they have a very romantic stay, we suggest to book our executive or superior rooms.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No, they don't.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, they don't.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, hotel has smoking and non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have its own air conditioning system, free of charge.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes. Hotel has a Business Center on the -1 floor.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Next to the hotel, guests will find Sants Station where a couple of rent a car offices are located.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  El Prat Airport which is 8 km from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, there is no shuttle service available.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is located next to Sants Station (50 mts from the hotel).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sants Station is 50 mts away from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is called "Estació de Sants" and it is 1 min on foot from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Yes, the hotel has a spa area where guest will find jacuzzi, sauna, turkish bath, gym... (daily extra charge).
• Are pets welcome?
  No, no pets welcomed. Sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, guests will find our Lounge Bar where they can have a snack or if they prefer to taste real good catalan cuisine guests will find "Restaurant Visual".
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can.
