• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill when you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 8 floors and 2 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some of the rooms have terrace. These rooms are on request.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No, there are no balconies.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have some non-smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  All the rooms have satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, all the rooms have direct dialling telephones.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All the rooms have air conditioning seasonal, and for free.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a business centre in the hotel, and all the rooms have free ADSL connection.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is an outdoor pool opening during the summer season.
• Is parking or garage available?
  No, we don't have parking. But there is a parking next door.
• Where can we rent a car?
  You can rent a car in the front desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is the Barcelona El Prat Airport, 15 km away from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, but the Aerobus is 3 minutes walking distance from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus stop is in Valencia, between Passeig de Gracia and Rambla de Catalunya (50 metres).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest railway station is Passeig de Gracia (Renfe), in Aragó street with Passeig de Gracia, just 5 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Passeig de Gracia, located in Arago with Passeig de Gracia. To arrive to the hotel you should exit for Passeig de Gracia and then walk up and turn left on Valencia street and walk to Rambla de Catalunya. The turn right and the hotel is on the right hand side.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but there are many around the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry pets are not accepted.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are so many around the hotel. In the hotel you can only take breakfast and there is a menu for room service.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes and you have free ADSL connection.
