 All the Habitat Apartments are fully equipped, please see the accommodation page to read the complete information of every apartment. Once in the apartments its important to keep in mind the following rules of conduct:
Noise: It is very important to respect the noise level (people, music) after 9.00 at night. Parties are not allowed. Meetings in the landings or in the entrance are not permitted. |
 Security: The building is monitored by video cameras. Furthermore, it is asked that you comply with the following rules: Always close the door to the street. It is important to ensure after entering or leaving that the door remains securely closed. Do not open the door to commercial mail. |
 Trash: Do not leave trash bags in the landings or in the entrance. The trash should be left in closed plastic bags in the street in front of the entrance between the hours of 8.00 - 10.00 at night.
Smoke: Smoke in the apartment is not allowed. You can use the balconies or the terrace as smoking areas. |
 Lights and Air Conditioning: Turn off the air-conditioning and lights if you leave the apartment.
Behaviour: The client is obliged to employ the apartment only for the purpose for which it is intended. Any damage caused to the apartment or its contents has to be reported immediately to habitat apartments. The client shall be for such damage. The client has a duty to behave in a civic manner and to respect the normal co-existence rules. In the case that these general co-existence rules are not kept, Habitat Apartments have the right to demand the guests to vacate the apartment. |
 Maid Service: The arrival day the apartment shall be cleaned with fresh towels and linen. A cleaning service is included for stays than more than 7 days. The exit day the client shall leave the apartment in a reasonable condition. If requested we can supply more upon an extra fee.
Amenities included: Habitat apartment shall offer the apartment with all the amenities described, in the case that on the arrival day some of the amenities are not provided the client could ask for a compensation. Fresh towels and linen will be provided the arrival day. |
 Guests Identity: In the arrival day a registration form must be filled and signed including information related to the guests staying in the apartment.
Liabilities: Habitat apartment shall not be liable for any inconveniences which are out of its control. Habitat apartments cannot be held responsible for theft/damage to personal goods or accidents resulting in injury. |

Arts 1-2-3: are located in the corner of the Vidre Street with Escudellers Street just at 50 meters from the Plaza Reial and Las Ramblas.
Born 1-2: are located in the heart of El Born Area, where just about everything fashionable is happening now- in art, clothes, interior decoration, smart restaurants, cool cocktail lounges.
Cometa Studio: is located in the Lledo street in the Gothic Area at just 5 minutes walking from Plaza Sant Jaume and Las Ramblas. The streets around the apartment are full of many interesting shops and restaurants as well as lovely places such as the Plaza Sant Just where you will find the most ancient fountain in Barcelona or some parts of the Roman Wall.
Ferran 1-2: are located in central Barcelona in the heart of Barri Gotic between the Ferran Street and the Plaza del Pi at just 50 meters from the Plaza Reial and Las Ramblas.
Placa del Pi: is located in Placeta del Pi, known as the 'prettiest square' in the Barri Gothic (Lonelyplanet Ed. 2001). It's surrounded by quaint little streets many of them doted with interesting cafes, restaurants and shops - don't loose to taste the delicious drinking chocolate in Petritxol Street - and very close to all main sights in Barcelona, from the apartment there are only 150 meters to Las Ramblas, the Cathedral and Pl. Sant Jaume.
Portal de l'Angel: takes its name from the Portal de l'Angel, one of the prettiest and historical streets in Barcelona, this pedestrian boulevard is full of fashion shops and is very well located between the Cathedral, Plaza Catalunya and Las Ramblas. The apartment is placed in Espolsa-sacs Street, a nice street near del Portal de l'Angel.
