• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included. It consists of a selection of black coffee, cafe au lait, tea, hot/cold milk, croissant, magdalena or biscuits, orange or peach juice, bread or buisquit bread, butter and jam. It can be served in the room, in the living room or on the terrace.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Heating and air conditioning are individually controlled. This service is included in the room rate.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The bill is always settled upon guests' arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Italian, Spanish, some French.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Fashion House is located at the principal level of a four floors building. There is an elevator/lift in the building.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  The rooms overlooking the inside patio are more quiet. Any how regarding the rooms overlooking the street starting from 21:00 hrs the traffic slows down a lot and there are only few cars passing by.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  We provide linen and a set of two towels per person (one small and one bigger).
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a balcony, some have a veranda and some a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes some of them.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Smoking is permitted in the living room and on the terrace.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Television only in Studio/Suite.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes. No extra charge
• Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
  There is a living room where guest can have their breakfast.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  No.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No.
• Is parking or garage available?
  In the same block there are two public parkings available.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the centre.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Barcelona El Prat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Ronda San Pere/Plaça Urquinaona.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Plaça Catalunya/Passeig de Gracia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest underground stop is Urquinaona exit Carrer Bruc (few steps from this exit).
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No.
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  No.
