• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Buffet breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival if you prefer.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish, Catalan, English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  The hotel has 9 floors, and there are two elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All the rooms are quiet, private and romantic.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Only the top floor rooms have terrace. We don't reseve it.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Only the top floor rooms have terrace.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  We have 17 non-smooking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, all our rooms have TV with C+ and satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  All the rooms have direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms include full climate control all the year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes we have 2 free use PC at our business centre.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, we haven't swimming pool.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, next door to the hotel, it has an extra cost, and place guaranted for hotel guests.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Our reception staff can arrange you a rental a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is Barcelona-El Prat. It is more or less 30 minutes by taxi.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we have not, but if you want we can provide a private taxi for you (ask for the price).
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  The nearest bus-stop is 100 meters away ( 2 minutes walking).
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  The nearest is Passeig de Gràcia (Renfe) just 5 minutes walking distance.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest is L-IV Girona 100 meters away (2 minutes walking). To arrive to the hotel you should exit for Girona street and walk up one block and turn right. The hotel is in front of you.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  There isn't a fitness center in the hotel.
• Are pets welcome?
  Small pets era welcome.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No, but there are so many around the hotel. In the hotel you only have buffet breakfast and bar service.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can connect your pc on the room telephone by analogic modem (not provided).
