• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You certaintly can.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French and German.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have three floors and we do have an elevator.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, we do.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Some rooms have a balcony facing the sea, suites have a terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Some of them do have a balcony facing the sea, the mountains, etc...
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, the reception department transfer all calls to the guests.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes, rooms have air conditioning and there is no extra cost for this service.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  We have a business center free of charge with internet access.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  There is an indoor swimming pool open all year long and and outdoor swimming pool open during the summer season.
• Is parking or garage available?
  We have an indoor and outdoor parking free of charge.
• Where can we rent a car?
  Reception department can book a car for you.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  El Prat Barcelona Airport, just 20 kilometres from the hotel.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No, we do not have a pickup service but we can arrange one for you.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  1 km from the hotel.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Castelldefels, ten minutes walking distance.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  The hotel has a gym, Sauna, Squash courts, etc..
• Are pets welcome?
  No.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  The restaurant of the hotel has a Mediterranean and international cuisine of recognized prestige.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes.
