  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before 10am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Prices are per apartment depending on the number of people.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Breakfast is not included.
  • Is heating included in the price?
    Yes, heating is included.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, if you want.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English and French.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    The apartments are all in different floors but all the buildings have a lift.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes, all our apartments are very quiet.
  • Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
    We provide them.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    Some of the apartments have a terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    No, but some of the apartments have a private terrace.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    On request.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes, there is a satellite TV in every apartment.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    No, there are not.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    Yes, there is air conditioning and it is free of charge.
  • Is there a dining room where we could sometimes all dine together?
    Yes, each apartment has its own dining room.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    No, we do not.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    No, there is not.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    No, there is not.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Nearby, but we can provide you with the necessary information.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    El Prat.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    No, this service is not available.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Less than 5 minutes walking for all the apartments.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Sants or Pl. Catalunya depending on the apartment.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The underground is less than 5 minutes walking from all the apartments the stop chages from one to other, please visit the how to reach us page.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    No, there is not.
  • Are pets welcome?
    No, sorry.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    No, but there are many nice restaurants nearby and you have a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare anything you want.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    No, you cannot.
