• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 3pm, Check Out before 11am. Please let us know in advance what time you intend to check in.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The apartment is from 2 up to 8 people. First is based on 2 people occupancy and the extra person has an extra cost.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  No, but we can serve breakfast upon request.
• Is heating included in the price?
  Yes, heating is included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes, you can settle the bill on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, Tagalo.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  Yes we have a lift, and we are located on the first floor.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all the rooms have a nice atmosphere.
• Are linens and towels provided or do I need to bring my own?
  Yes, we provide linens and towels.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there is a little patio.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, most some of them have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  No, as per customers preference.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, there is a satellite TV.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  No, there is a telephone in the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?

  No, we do not have a shuttle service.
