  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Rooms are quoted for Double occupancy. If you are single, you get a reduction.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    No. We do offer buffet breakfast from 7 to 11h from Monday to Sunday. Room Service available from 6 to 1 everyday.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    Yes, you can pay in advance if you wish.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    English, French, Italian, Spanish and Catalan.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    There are 7 floors; 3 lifts.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Yes. Some of them are looking to a courtyard. All rooms are doubleglazed.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    We do have a Garden on the roof.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Only one room with balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We have floors all dedicated to smoking and non-smoking.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Yes. With international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Yes. All rooms have direct phone and fax numbers.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All rooms have individual air conditioning control units.

  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    We offer throughout all the hotel WIFI complimentary.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    Not yet.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Yes.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    Yes. AVIS, EUROPCAR; HERZ. The main companies have delivery to our hotel.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Barcelona El Prat International.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    There is a bus shuttle from the airport to close-by the hotel.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    Facing the Hotel.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    Interational Sants Station (5minutes walking distance).
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    Clinic (300meters); Rocafort (200meters).
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    Not yet. But planned to be placed on the roof garden of the hotel.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Yes, under request.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    Mezzanine Restaurant. Open from Monday to Friday. Mediterranean contemporary market cuisine.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    In every room isdn internet conection free of charge (RJ45) or using your modem via (RJ11).
