• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  All the rates are per room and per night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  Breakfast is not included in the price.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  You can pay on departure. A valid credit card or a deposit is required on check-in as a guarantee.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, French, German and Italian are spoken.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  There are 5 floors and 3 lifts.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  Yes, all of them.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Yes, there are 4 rooms with terrace.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Yes, there are 8 bedrooms with balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there are 32 non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?

  Yes, there is a swimming pool it is open during the whole year.

• Which is the nearest airport?
  El prat, 15 km.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  Yes, this service is available on request and with an extra charge.

  La Rambla-Palau Moja 100 metres.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Pl. Catalunya.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Catalunya or Liceu.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  Gym and Sauna (but they are closed during the week end).
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, there is a very nice restaurant.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can but there is not a high speed connection.
