• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 2pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  The price is always per room and night.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The beakfast is not included in the price. We offer a buffet breakfast.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  The invoice must be settle on arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  Spanish, Catalan, English, French and Italian.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have 8 floors and 3 elevators.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  Our Junior Suites have wide terraces.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  Most of the rooms have a balcony.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have 20 non smoking rooms.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  Yes, we have modern TV with international channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  All rooms have air conditioning. The service is free of charge and the guest can use it all year.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, in the hall, we have an internet point available for guests.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No, there is not.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, we have a private parking.
• Where can we rent a car?
  At the reception, you can rent a car.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  The nearest airport is El Prat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  The hotel has not this service for free, but it is possible to reserve a shuttle for the clients.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  Pg de Gràcia-Mallorca.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Paseo de Gracia.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  The nearest subway stop is Paseo de Gracia, at 200 m. from the hotel.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No, but we can offer an special rate for a fitness center which is in front of the hotel and a Spa.
• Are pets welcome?
  No, sorry.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  Yes, we have a restaurant which offer mediterranean food.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  The hotel offers wireless service.
