  • At what time can we check-in and out?
    All accommodations, Check In from midday, Check Out before midday.
  • Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
    Our rates are per room.
  • Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
    Buffet breakfast is not included in the rates.
  • Can we settle the bill on arrival?
    The invoice must be settled when the customer decide.
  • Which languages are spoken at the reception?
    Spanish, Catalan, English, French, Italian, German and Portuguese.
  • How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
    We have seven floors and two elevators for our clients.
  • Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
    Half of the hotel is overlooking interior views, which is very quiet and traffic less.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
    The rooms do not have terrace.
  • Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
    Our rooms do not have balcony.
  • Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
    We have two non smoking floors.
  • Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
    Satellite TV is available on each room, free of cost. You can find 10 international channels.
  • Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
    Direct dial is not available for incoming calls. Guests can reach outside line dialling 0.
  • Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
    All the rooms are equipped with air conditioning/heating system. There is no charge extra for this service and it is not seasonal.
  • Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
    There is a free business center in each floor with 2 PC that are free for our customers.
  • Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
    An exterior swimming pool, open in summer time.
  • Is parking or garage available?
    Parking is available with an extra cost.
  • Where can we rent a car?
    The Hotel offers the possibility to rent their own cars.
  • Which is the nearest airport?
    Barcelona El Prat, at only 12 km.
  • Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
    There is no complimentary shuttle to the airport. However, should the guest wants to be picked up we can arrange a private car for these services.
  • Which is the nearest bus-stop?
    The nearest bus stop is crossing the street.
  • Which is the nearest railway station?
    The nearest train station is Sants Estacio and it is around 1 km away.
  • Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
    The underground station close to the hotel is only 300 meters.
  • Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
    We have a complimentary fitness center, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Steam Bath and Suntannig Machine.
  • Are pets welcome?
    Pets are not allowed in our hotel.
  • Is there a restaurant in the Property?
    There is a restaurant and a coffee bar.
  • Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
    Each guest room has modem connection or wireless ADSL with an extra charge.
