• At what time can we check-in and out?
  All accommodations, Check In from 1pm, Check Out before midday.
• Is the price per room/apartment or per person?
  Prices are per room.
• Is breakfast included in the price and what type of breakfast?
  The breakfast isn't included on the rate, and it's a bufett.
• Can we settle the bill on arrival?
  Yes you can settle the bill on your arrival.
• Which languages are spoken at the reception?
  English, Frech, Italian and Spanish.
• How many floors are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the building?
  We have an elevator and we have 4 floors.
• Are there quiet, private, romantic rooms?
  All our rooms are quiet and private.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a terrace/courtyard?
  No we don't have.
• Do the rooms/apartments have a balcony?
  No we don't have.
• Do you have non smoking rooms/apartments?
  Yes, we have a non smoking floor.
• Is there a TV in the rooms/apartments? Are there international channels (satellite or cable TV)?
  We have LCD screen t.v. with satellite channels.
• Is there a telephone with direct dialling in the rooms/apartments?
  Yes, you have two phones on the rooms.
• Is there air conditioning in the rooms/apartments? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
  Yes we have air conditioning in our rooms and there is no charge for it.
• Do you have an Internet/E-Mail point in the Property?
  Yes, we have a cybercorner.
• Is there a swimming pool? When is it open?
  No there isn't.
• Is parking or garage available?
  Yes, there is.
• Where can we rent a car?
  In the reception Desk.
• Which is the nearest airport?
  Barcelona, El Prat.
• Do you have a pickup or shuttle service from and to the airport?
  No we don't.
• Which is the nearest bus-stop?
  It's better to use the underground.
• Which is the nearest railway station?
  Sants Station or Pl. Catalunya.
• Which is the nearest / how far away is / how do we arrive from the underground / subway stop?
  Station Drassanes, you turn on the right you arrive to avenue of Drassanes and all Straigh on is Rambla del Raval, and the hotel is on the left side.
• Is there a fitness center in the Property (Gym, Jacuzzi, Sauna, Turkish bath...)?
  No there isn't.
• Are pets welcome?
  No we don't accept pets.
• Is there a restaurant in the Property?
  No there isn´t.
• Can I connect my modem so that I can surf the Internet from my room/apartment?
  Yes, you can used, cable or Wifi access.
